First<\/span>\u00a0operational<\/span>\u00a0dermabrasion<\/span>\u00a0using a rotary<\/span>\u00a0disc<\/span>\u00a0was described<\/span>\u00a0in 1905<\/span>\u00a0by Kromayer.<\/span>\u00a0In the 60<\/span>\u00a0years of the last<\/span>century,<\/span>\u00a0the practice<\/span>\u00a0began to implement<\/span>\u00a0grinding<\/span>\u00a0mill<\/span>\u00a0with a speed of<\/span>\u00a020 000<\/span>\u00a0– 60 000<\/span>\u00a0rpm (<\/span>Figure 1).\u00a0This method<\/span>\u00a0is used to correct<\/span>\u00a0hypertrophic,<\/span>\u00a0atrophic<\/span>\u00a0(<\/span>Fig. 2) and\u00a0normotrofic <\/span>scars, but<\/span>\u00a0not<\/span>\u00a0used for the correction<\/span>\u00a0of active<\/span>\u00a0keloids.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text 0=””]<\/p>\n
